an interesting narrative about your organization’s history that
is artfully blended with photos, documents and other images. Details
about the individuals, issues and influences that affected your organization
are presented in sidebars peppered throughout the text. These soft-cover
booklets are generally sized at 16, 24, 32 or 48 pages, and can be prepared
in two- and/or four-color, depending upon your taste, needs and budget.

To celebrate its fifty-year anniversary, the Society
for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) hired our firm to prepare
this 24-page booklet, as well as a timeline that was nearly eight
feet wide and two feet high. After first being displayed at SIAM’s
anniversary meeting, the timeline was hung in its headquarters. A
miniature timeline was also featured in the SIAM history booklet. |

The Outdoor Power Equipment Institute (OPEI) is
a trade association comprised of the manufacturers of various outdoor
power equipment products such as lawn mowers, snow blowers, chain
saws, trimmers, etc. Some of its members include corporations like
Deere & Company, Husqvarna Forest & Garden, Snapper, Inc.
and The Toro Company. We prepared this 48-page history booklet to
celebrate OPEI’s fifty years of service to its members and
to document the industry’s efforts in producing safe, efficient
and environmentally friendly products. |

The Society of the United Helpers (SUH) operates
a network of nursing care facilities in up-state New York. As SUH approached
its centennial anniversary, we were asked to prepare a 24-page booklet that chronicled
the society’s evolution from an organization that sheltered orphaned
children to its current status as the provider of compassionate care for the
elderly.
This booklet was used by SUH to mark its anniversary, as well as herald the
construction of a new independent retirement community.
