Archival Displays, Exhibits and Anniversary Rooms

The creation of a commemorative exhibit for a special event is a complex task that integrates several communications media. For clients with a substantial artifact collection, and commensurate space and funding, we can prepare custom-made display cases in an array of formats, such as:

  • narrative panels or reading walls,
  • kiosks or talking exhibits, and
  • wall murals.

If your organization’s headquarters has a large lobby area, conference room or multi-purpose center, a wall mural or display booth containing photos and/or artifacts that documents its history may be particularly impressive to employees, group members and visitors. The cost for constructing such displays depends upon factors such as size, quantity, dimensions and construction material.

Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company (PLM) utilized a multi-media campaign to mark its centennial anniversary, and our hard-cover history chronicle book served as a centerpiece of its year-long celebration. To showcase its vast collection of archival material, we also prepared a special anniversary room for PLM to house its archives, as well as to display a television kiosk that featured our historic videotape presentation about the company’s history. In addition, we prepared an assortment of other commemorative products for PLM, including: a special centennial anniversary edition of the company newsletter, invitations, party favors, and program booklets.
